Appointment Dr P. (Pieter) Veerman as researcher and lecturer in Practical Theology
Dr P. (Pieter) Veerman has been appointed at TUA as researcher (0.4 fte) and lecturer in Practical Theology (0.1 fte) with effect from 1 September 2023. Until then, he is part-time affiliated to the Hervormde Gemeente Katwijk aan Zee (PKN) and will remain associated for 0.5 fte, sponsored by the Gereformeerde Bond, as a lecturer in Practical Theology at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and continue to be involved in the Cornelis Graaflandcentrum for homiletical research. Also at TUA, his research will be primarily homiletical in nature, in connection with the ongoing research project of "Preken als bron" (Preaching as Source). In this way, he will contribute to the theology of preaching and the design of a homiletic theology.
